I sold an item on eBay, and the buyer paid on 9/19. The email from PayPal says "funded from the sender's bank account", which I believe means it's an eCheck payment. It has still not cleared, and I haven't shipped since both eBay and PayPal say not to. How long can I expect the payment to take? Is it likely that it won't go through at this point, and if so, can I cancel it and relist the item?
eChecks are similar to paper checks as it can take up to 7 days to clear, as you're past the that time, you may be able to cancel the transaction if that option is available to you.
