Refunding FROM debit card

Hello guys. Can someone tell me how to refund buyer FROM debit card? I am not US citizen (live in EU), and i dont have bank account in USA. Therefore, i cannot transfer funds from my debit card to paypal to refund buyer... Can someone please help?

Depends what country you are actually in.

In that case you should be able to use the 'refund' option and the funds would be taken from the card linked to your paypal account.

The US bank account option is only on other countries paypal accounts for ex-pats who are living or working in that country as paypal is a US company.

When i try, i get message:

"You cannot refund this payment right now because you do not have enough funds in your Paypal account."

As if it's trying to pay him from my paypal account instead of my debit card. And i use that very same card every few days for every purchase on ebay i did in the last 5 years... And it hasn't expired, either.
