How Do I set up my paypal account to recieve funds from a personal ebay sale?

Need help setting up acct to recieve funds from personal eBay sales. After attempting to list my first item ever sold, i'm getting this message.

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

did you enter the correct PAYPAL email address? tHE ONE you used to open your Paypal account?
