Does anyone know what this means and how to resolve it? Paypal don't seem to! It comes up at the last stage of check out using paypal on ebay with a message saying the transaction cannot be processed at this time and to contact Paypal to resolve it if it happens more than once - which it has. Credit card is up to date so I cannot see what the problem is.
I get this problem when I’ve bid on more than one item and the seller has sent revised statement. Haven’t been able to pay using the “PAY NOW” link Only way I could resolve was to save other items in my basket to “save basket” Then go to checkout to pay statement purchases It’s a nightmare!!
