I created a paypal today, I got approved immediately for $500 paypal credit and I can't pay invoices or send money. It says I don't have sufficient funds or it says the seller doesn't accept this form of payment. Any help would be appreciated. I created this account to help my daughter make some purchases for her kids and it is quite urgent.
