I have been trying to print shipping labels for ebay auctions for the past 48 hours yet everytime I go to confim the shipment and print the packing slip it says that "Shipping is unavailable at this time) Anyone else having this issue?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
