MIPs Complaint and Fee Reversal

Hi, I have recently received 3 PayPal cases for items i've sold on eBay. As I have already shipped the item by then, I submitted the relevant tracking information via the resolution center, as well as screenshots of the ebay buyer messaging me on ebay saying that they've received the items. However, for reasons not disclosed to me, I received 2 emails today telling me that the payment for 2 of the cases has been reversed to the buyers. This clearly isn't right, so how may I proceed from here to make a claim/appeal?
