HELP! I sold a item on ebay and received the payment. Then I had already paid for the shipping. Then afterwards Ebay sends me a email after everything is said and done with this: Listing policy violation alert: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item.
So now what am I suppose to do? I contacted the company asking about why they said I was violating there policy but I have not received anything back yet. Am I suppose to return the money to the seller or what is suppose to happen from here. Any help would be appreciated. Ebay also is still charging me the fee for the item even though they cancelled it.

If you did not ship the item at this point in time, you may want to consider doing a refund. (It would appear that someone reported it as a counterfeit.)
