For weeks now, every time i try to make a purchase using paypal I get this same error message:
"Please go to www.paypal.com to confirm your credit card before you complete this purchase.
At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to eBay and try another option."
Now every single time this happens, I log in to ebay, check all my information to make sure it's right (name, addy, debit card info, etc), and try again. Sometimes it ends up randomly working, but normally it does not. One day i got fed up with trying over and over and getting that same error message so i finally decided to make the payment on my cell phone, and guess what, IT WORKED. But I can only purchase single items and not bulk which causes me to pay more for shipping so i no longer want to resort to paying on my phone any more!
But if paypal works on my phone, why doesn't it work on my computer? I know it's a glitch in the system. I have plenty of cash on the card and at the same time i get the error messages I'm still able to do it through my phone. I can't do that this time or i'll pay more for shipping, and the seller is getting impatient with me!
Please tell me what i can dooooo!!!
