hii i have a negative paypal balance of $170 and i have an open dispute for $363 ,do i need to pay this negative balance now as i could win this dispute ?
my question is whether the whole potential refund of $363 paid with credit card will go directly on my card or will the difference be taken to cover my negative $170 balance?>??
