Within the last 3 weeks I have tried to purchase several things from different vendors, some I have done business with in the past. Now I get this error message when I try to check out.

Things don’t appear to be working at the moment.
Try Again
What can I do to possibly fix this problem. I change nothing on my end. My bank is the main payer not my credit card.
