adding a bank account

We are trying to create a paypal for the pre-collection of money for our high school class reunion. I have a few questions:

       Does the account name of the paypal have to match the bank account?

       Is it better to have a non profit business account for this or leave it as a personal account?

Any suggestions that anyone can supply would be greatly appreciated.
