I received money from US for our Training center for the children. but when I did transfer that to my bank account it say that I can do that and my account was put into limited and restricted. how can you solve this issue paypal? you ask me a business license but I can't give that because I don't have any business and this is for our own training center to build a small center and to buy some learning material. Please, I need your response and cooperation.
