Why I can't withdraw funds from my paypal to my credit card?

Just today Feb 3, 2018. I was about to withdraw my funds from paypal to my Visa Card. 

Suddenly it is unable to respond whenever I click the transfer "From" button. I click it for many time and reload it for a lot of times. 

How is this happening?

Can you please help? Is there any solution? I can't feed myself because of this!

Since I've been trying to withdraw ebay sales funds for over one hour, I assume Paypal has decided we don't need to get to our money! I restarted my PC twice, in case it was MY problem, but obviously NOT!

So did you ever withdraw a funds? Or nothing at all.

I withdrew some ebay payments just 3 hours before this latest paypal shutdown. I just tried calling them, but too many phone calls already waiting, so I hung up. Everyone must be trying to call to find out why they refuse to keep their system working 100% of the time!! they should have it fixed by tomorrow. Good Luck finding free food to eat!
