What happens when add money to your wallet from bank account,but there isn't enough moneyin account?

What happens when you add money to your paypal balance from your bank account, but there isn't enough money in the account when paypal tries to withdraw?
Does it just say failed or will paypal still charge my account and bad things will happen?
