Using same bank account for 2 Paypal accounts

I currently have a Paypal account that's linked to my checking account but i would to have a second Paypal account using my saving account and a different email account...can i do that?

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

You can only have a bank account on x1 paypal account at a time.
