I could not add a credit card because it is being used by another account. I know of only one account in my name. How can I find out about "another account" that is using the credit card?
I have contacted paypal before regarding change of my address and phone number. I have deleted my old account and have created new one with up to date information. I currently have issue where i canot connect my card to account as i get this message "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." I think we are facing same issue here.
