Transfer from paypal to bank

I transfered money from Paypal and the next day I tried to do the same thing and it tells me I am over my limit. I can raise it but I have to give them my SSN. Is there a certain amount of time before you can transfer again? What is the limit that you can transfer?

I believe the withdraw limit is around $1000.00 a month for an unverified account.
