Dear Paypal, It’s been days that I’m sending emails and no replies come back to me, any attempt to call your support line from outside the US and they drop the line after just hearing 2 seconds of what I’m trying to explain. Almost a year ago I received 200€ regarding an item I sold on Ebay. But I didn’t have an bank account in the US to transfer this money to. So after contacting the Paypal Support, the employee "helping" me simply decided to block my account for 180 days saying that they would email me afterwards, it never happened though.
