I used to use PayPal to sell Song of the South dvds from a website. But years ago, PayPal took my business account away for doing that. But there were other people using PayPal for the same thing. So, I would complain. After a couple of months they would take away their accounts too. But then someone else would start using PayPal. Repeat the process ad infinitum.
But a couple of years ago, PayPal just stopped enforcing the policy. I have asked them if I can now use a PayPal account also since they no longer seem to care. But they keep telling me no. That nobody is allowed to sell Song of the South using PayPal.
So, I would report them and I'd just get automated responses about how they are doing an "investigation" and it was confidential so I could not be told anything about it. But the accounts were never taken away and those people CONTINUE to sell Song of the South using PayPal. For instance:

Some of these people have had their PayPal accounts taken away and they've been able to get different accounts or were allowed to use their old accounts for the same activity over and over again.
I'd just like to have an honest answer: Why are you enforcing this policy against me and not these other people? And why is PayPal so unresponsive about this?
