When I go to my sandbox accounts, their are no accounts listed, but when I try to create a sanbox account I get error that email already exists, but of course it already exists! Because I used it before to create a sandbox account.
BTW, its a email address no one other would think of.
Plus im getting page errors during all of this, so whats going on with paypal ?? Why is this stuff not working?
