Resolving issues with Support team

Hi all,

 

Hope this post will help me to resolve issues with PayPal support team.

I called their helpline, wrote them, waited for a long time on hold and noone responded. I'm already tired of such a long process and seems it will never end. My account is limited and I cant close it, cant send payment back to the client. Seems to be a dead end. 

How I can resolve any issue is noone responds to emails or phone? On all my emails I received standard answers (copy paste from manuals).
