Resolution function is not working for restoring account. Documents downloaded sit on "Submitted for review" with no further directions for 2 days! Photo ID Primary email, Confirm a card are stuck in this review status. There is no way I can find to customer support other than a check list. No human to talk to to get service restored. 'Communuty' is remote because lin=mited to once a week!!?! How can people function with such unreliable inaccessable service provided here? Captial One credit over reacted to a fraud alert and included PayPal, so I took action to absolve PayPal and make sure they were not effected. They put a hold on the account for payment. What is normal person to do?
