I tried to transfer my balance to my bank, and it won't let me type in the amount (all of my balance) into the proper space. I can't get rid of the 00.00 already there, so I end up with 00.72 and then it resets. I've tried highlighting and "back space" to get rid of the 00.00, I've tried starting to the left of it, I've tried starting to the right of it. This has never happened before. Any suggestions?
