I linked my us bank debit card with PayPal over 1 month ago and have been receiving payments. All of a sudden today for the first time I try to transfer $25.00 to my us bank debit card and it's telling me this cant be done. Note: prior to trying to transfer I did link my checking account to see if that would wave the $.25 fee and seen that it would take a couple days to link. So I decided to go ahead and pay the fee and transfer the $24.75 and it is still not transferring this is so frustrating as I need the cash today! Why can't I get my money??
