I needed to talk to an agent today and was told they'd call me back within 19 to 27 minutes.
That was 2 hours and 45 minutes ago, and still no response.
I just need help changing my bank which was bought out by another larger one (Wells Fargo.) My online attempts are met with "can't do that" because a transaction in pending. This is why I need help - the same transaction has been sitting in my account since early December, 2017. I was told in December it was all taken care of and the funds would be available to me within about 10 days.
If I can't get help, I guess I'll just have to cancel the account (which I've had for eleven years.)
