So, I'm new to Paypal. I currently have $20 in my account, which is synced to my debit card. Well, whenever I try to transfer this money to my bank, it claims that it is processing and may take afew minutes, but then when I check, it shows that the money was transfered but then immediately refunded to my paypal account. Why is this? How do I get my funds?
