I am trying to register for the PayPal Giving program. PayPal wants a scan of a bank statement or a voided check. I put in a scan of a voided check. The entire check is visible and legible in the scan. I click the Next button. It says something about "verifying", and then it just stays on the same page. No error message or any other message appears. What do I need to do now?
