PayPal Here payments don't show a country in the "Balance Affecting" CSV reports

Hi,

Is there anything special I need to do to make the "Country"/"Country Code" values in my downloaded CSV report work? I cant believe it doesn't work out of the box like this (I now need to fix manually a ton of transactions, as they don't include any details of the address etc)
