I get a blank page when I click on Buttons under tools, never happened before today.
Things happen, one suggestion, delete your web browser's cache and history, close the browser, reopen it and login to your PayPal account again.
Didn't work.
I cannot access my pay pal buttons either
Sounds like you should speak with customer support at this point.
