PP-006-232-322-663 My paypal is exposed 180 days limit. And yesterday I got an email that my paypal balance can be withdrawn but I can not add my bank account to my paypal account. How can withdraw my paypal balance to the bank?

You need to contact customer services for account issues, click on help / contact bottom of your paypal account and use the phone or email options.
