On the main page of my account, near the little bell at the top there is a 1 in a red circle. I assumed this meant I had an alert or a message, but when I click on it, it takes me to the message center and nothing is there. Am I missing something here? I'm guessing it's nothing, but I want to make sure I'm getting all my alerts.
