I have a problem with withdrawing funds to my card. Yesterday I did the withdrawal of $250 but the funds has not been released yet. The bank which issued me the card I am trying to withdraw fund to told me that they did not see any transaction yesterday, just $472 (which was denied by the bank due to the exceeded limit of money that was supposed to be on the card). The thing is that I have tried on the last Thursday to withdraw $472 but it was rejected and PayPal refunded me and everything was cool until yesterday. Yesterday I withdrew $250 but still no fund on the card neither on the PayPal (although on PayPal says" pending" next to that transaction/withdrawal). Usually, in no more than 24h my funds are on the card.
Customer service has not answered to my email that I sent this morning so I am asking here. Would someone be kind to explain this to me?
