New Payment notification emails from Paypal are almost unreadable

I can not stand the new email payment notification that they have just switched to.. What is going on with that? A bunch of gubulyglock that looks like computer code. You have to hunt to find out the nAme & address of who sent the payment to you,

 Surely Paypal can do better than this????
