It has been 3 months since I submitted all required materials to restore full account access. My account is still under limitations now and I haven't got any replies from PayPal.
Last month, I called customer service and was told I should continue waiting until the review finished.
I sent 5 emails to PayPal to ask the status of the review but got no replies.
What should I do to solve this issue?
