Linking jamaican Scotiabank account with Paypal

Hey, I am from jamaica  and my bank is Scotia bank I can not link my bank to bank and card because  it's outside  the USA...I would like some assistance  in doing  this please  help.

You can only link a card in your country.

Also you can't withdraw funds, you have to ask them to send you a cheque.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

I don't think we can ask them to send a cheque either. To send a cheque, you would have to link a US bank account.

It seems like we can only buy things online with a PayPal account. Such a shame.

It would be best if you use Payoneer. They cater to non-US citizens
