Linking and confirming bank account

 I was having issues linking and confirming my bank. First I linked my bank perfectly fine no issues, but then I went on to try and transfer money from my paypal to my bank account before I had confirmed it. I then made a second transfer before the first one had even complete. After a day or so only one of my transfers showed as completed and that it went through to my bank account, but still has not shown up in my bank account. My other transfer was declined and I got the money back onto my paypal and received an email from paypal saying my withdrawal from my paypal account was declined. When I logged back into paypal, I had no bank linked anymore. So when I went to try and link and confirm it again it continues to say we are not able to process your request. Please try again later. I would really like some extra help figuring out how to successfully link and confirm my bank account and how to get back my money that disappeared when I transferred it to my bank account. Thank You

Was your problem solved? I’m having this issue for months. The solutions PayPal customer service gave me where unhelpful. If you figured it out please share.
