Layout of "Packing Slip" print-out illegible, please help

I'm asking again as there was no response in a week: How to revert to previous format and layout of "packing slip"

I tried several of the recommendations to edit the packing slip, none of them work.  the only option available is to tinker with my logo or change address etc. My issue is with the  new  (2 months old) design. It's  illegible when printed out, tiny type, (7 point) used to be 9 point. Ridiculous. Many complaints on line, few solutions, most give instructions that are simply false. Instuctions to click on this or that that does not exist.
