DO NOT SHIP when it says the address is invalid. The address may be correct but it needs to be typed or written in the native language of that country.
I've had this error pop up several times. One package was mailed to China with tracking after the buyer confirmed the address to me and it never arrived. Paypal took back the entire payment, $130+ including the shipping that I paid for. I later discovered that the address had to be typed in Chinese, which is why it was lost in the mail. Another buyer from India had an invalid address, so I had to cancel the order. Now I'm dealing with a buyer that is based in Taiwan and I'm having the same "invalid address" error.
Paypal will not take responsibility for their errors and lapses, so I'll have sue them in small claims court this year.
