Someone has hacked my uber account and is spending all of my money through paypal. I also cannot log in to the uber app on my phone for some reason (the home screen on the app just shows a place to sign up but not log in for existing users). There is no way for me to reach uber directly and talk. I can only send a refund request by logging on to uber within a browser. This has resulted in me getting refunds for rides one by one but the hacker keeps using my account no matter how many times I change my password and no matter how many times uber tells me everything is secure now.
The only thing I can think to do is remove my paypal account from the uber payment options, but I can only do that from the mobile app, which as I've explained I cannot access. I tried calling paypal last night and was told to wait for 40 minutes, which I cannot do. Is there ANY way I can unlink my paypal account from my uber app myself??
