I accidentally closed my PayPal account before removing my linked credit card

I accidentally closed my PayPal account before I removed my linked credit card.now I have no credit card to link to a new account cuz it says it's still linked to an old account??any ideas?

You may contact PayPal Customer Support to help ensuring the card is removed from the closed account.
