I transferred money from my bank account to my paypal account (20 dollars) on the fifteenth. That was ten days ago, and given I'm supposed to allow 3-5 business days, I feel like I've waited long enough. Is there any possible solution, people or sites I can contact about it, or is it possible to cancel the payment to myself?
