We need to set our PayPal account to never allow subscriptions. Yes, I know how to get to the area where I can manually cancel them one at a time, but merchants do not clearly state that they are creating a PayPal subscription - forcing the end user to not only cancel it on the merchant site but also to go into PayPal every time to delete them. You also have to check them on a periodic basis to make certain there are none there. In this way, using PayPal makes payments far more difficult than just using a credit card. I NEVER want PayPal to be automatically sending my money away each month.
So ... How do we set our PayPal account to never allow a subscription?
