The paypal website seems to think that an ipad pro with its truly huge screen is a mobile phone. The resulting crazy single-column, three miles wide layout is insanely ugly and unusable. The incredible hulk might like it. If this is due to browser sniffing, then just stop it as this is a thoroughly discredited anti-pattern technique. Just write proper flexible css that lets the width height and orientation properties speak for themselves.
