Dears, I´m from Brazil and Brazilian Laws forbid paying international purchases in Brazilian currency (Real).
I´m not sure if the problem is in PayPal, but PayPal or Ebay has been changing the seller´s currency to Real and my credit card has informed that is forbiden.
How can I change my settings in order to avoid this convertion in Real. I need to pay in seller´s currency, otherwise I´ll have problems with Brazilian Authorities.
