Error I face when linking my paypal to warrior plus forum. Please help

I'm trying to link my paypal account to warrior+ network and always get the I'm not a robot verification by google and next get the error:

What should I do to get this fixed?

I'm facing this issue only on google chrome. I'm working with firefox now... So wondering is it something to do with PayPal or warrior plus.
