Conversion USD to RON (Romania)

Hello,

I am a new client of PayPal platform and I have a problem. I received some $ on my account, I tried to Withdraw funds to my local bank in Romania. The problem is when I retired 10$, it should convert to my local currency (Ron), but it didn't happen, the PayPal converted $ to Euro and after this the bank convert Euro to Ron. Please give me a solution how to withdraw $ in my Ron bank account without conversion to Euro.
