Confirming Identity

Hi,

 

I need help. I have received a message that tells me that since I am not able to confirm my identity, my account is now limited. I tried accessing my account this morning and I cant even log in. In the weeks prior, I have tried to follow the steps to confirm my identity. I uploaded my photo ID both front and back, but the submit button on that same page is grayed out and not clickable. I tried calling customer support about it, but I can't reach them with the international toll free number. I am located in the Philippines which maybe the reason why. Please help, I cannot access my funds as I cannot log in.

just contact paypal customer support.. it could be that the email that you received is a bogus.
