I've been trying with support for about a month or so to close my account which I mistakenly added my nationality as US. Because of this my Visa card is linked to it and I cannot get it removed because there is unresolved issues(asking for proof of US address etc. I cannot remove my own card and I cannot even close the account despite multiple requests to remove it.
I created another paypal account with my valid nationality and I need to card to fully use my new account. Any possible fix for this?
