I’m 16 and made a PayPal account a couple weeks ago recently I added my bank account to the account and it asked me for more legal proof when I wanted to transfer money because my date was wrong because I’m not 18 how do I get passed this this was on my other account I made this one just now to try and get past the issue

You are not allowed to open a paypal account until you are 18.
If you do each one will be limited and if you carry on this way then its unlikely Paypal will trust you enough to allow you to open one once you are 18.

Nothing you can do, you can't provide the proof to Paypal so you can't use the account....end of really.
